Acceptable Use Policy
This document provides the terms of service that all paying users must agree to before accessing the resources of ENGINE MATRIX and enginematrix.com. Should you have any questions or comments about this document, please forward them to webmaster@enginematrix.com.
I. Acceptable Use
ENGINE MATRIX provides general web and mail services to all consumers who wish to abide by these terms and conditions.
The service shall not be used for any of the following purposes:
online gambling, or other gambling related activities
to provide pornographic images or representations
to promote any felonious or treasonous activities pursuant to the United States Code
to provide access to digital music, full-length motion pictures, or binary software
as a general purpose file-service/file distribution service
II. Unsolicited Commercial Mail/Unsolicited Bulk Mail
Sending SPAM, unsolicited commercial mail, or unsolicited bulk mail is not permitted.
III. Compliance with the Law
ENGINE MATRIX will comply with all lawful requests from proper law-enforcement agencies in a timely manner consistent with the applicable federal, state, and local laws.
IV. Anti-Social Behavior
Engaging in anti-social behavior towards the service is prohibited. Anti-social behavior is defined as:
willing activities which seriously and adversely affect the quality of the service for all users
ernest attempts to gain illicit access to the service's resources, records, or data
willing attempts to deny service to any other machine or service
ongoing harassment of another user or service provider
V. Guarantee of Service
ENGINE MATRIX promises generous amounts of disk space, data transfer, e-mail, and FTP remote access. Additionally we do our best to provide timely log file analysis and to respond quickly to special requests and requirements.
If, at our sole discretion, your usage of the service exceeds our physical capacity to provide the described service additional arrangements will be made, including but not limited to a partial/full refund as the case warrants.
VI. Enforcement
The provisions set forth herein are electronically monitored. Violations of policy are taken extremely seriously and will result in immediate termination of your access to the service. No refunds will be given to abusive/illegal users of the service.
VII. Disclaimer of Liability
The information and data published with the service is the sole liability of the publisher and in no circumstance shall ENGINE MATRIX accept responsibility or stewardship of liability for aforementioned content.
