Settings
URL Information
Your site can be accessed at any time by pointing a web browser to:
http://username.enginematrix.com/
Replace username with the user name you entered when signing up.
FTP Settings
You have unlimited access to your site via the File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
Your ftp address is your domain name. If you need an FTP client we suggest FileZilla. Click here to download it.
Electronic Mail Settings
EngineMatrix mail services may be accessed with any standard POP3/SMTP mail client.
Use these settings to configure your email client:
(Your email username is your email address)
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: your password
Incoming/POP3 Server: mail.enginematrix.com
Outgoing/SMTP Server: mail.enginematrix.com
NOTE: Many ISPs block requests to 3rd party SMTP servers (Cox, Earthlink). If this is the case you will need to set the port for your outgoing mailserver from 25 to 2525.
Your account includes an Email Control Panel which lets you add and delete mailboxes and aliases.

http://mailadmin.enginematrix.com/
